30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items (Important)

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic products, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

👉 We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and no return is required for damaged items.

Return Shipping

  • For standard returns (non-defective items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
